The eighth issue of Nesir: Journal of Literary Studies, published in April 2025, centers on the dossier titled “A Conceptual Approach to Late Ottoman Turkish Literature.” Edited by Özen Nergis Dolcerocca, the dossier brings together three original articles that explore late Ottoman literature and criticism from a conceptual perspective. In addition to the dossier, the issue features three independent research articles, one research note, two book reviews, and one document publication. By examining the conceptual networks of modern literature alongside their historical layers, the issue fulfills Nesir’s aim of contributing theoretical insights to literary studies.
